1. Using BestWeddingSpeech

BestWeddingSpeech provides a web-based tool for generating personalized wedding speeches and vows. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. What you own

The speech content generated using your input is yours. You may use, edit, adapt, and deliver it in any way you choose. You own the output.

3. What we own

The BestWeddingSpeech platform, design, code, and systems remain the property of BestWeddingSpeech. You may not resell or repackage the generation tool itself.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless you request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy within that window.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use BestWeddingSpeech to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal. We reserve the right to refuse service.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Draft access links are valid for 30 days from creation.

7. Limitation of liability

BestWeddingSpeech is provided “as is.” We are not liable for how generated content is used or received. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any generated speech before delivering it.
